Privacy Policy

This privacy policy explains how Excellent Service Company Limited (the “Company”) handles personal data submitted through the website enquiry form, in line with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong. This page is not legal letterhead and is not legal advice.

We collect your name, telephone number and enquiry details (required), and email and company name if you choose to provide them. A verification code is used to limit automated submissions. Please do not send unrelated sensitive data.

Purpose: the data are used only to reply to your cleaning enquiry, to check the site and schedule, and to follow up a quotation if you asked for one. Enquiry data are not sold to unrelated parties for direct marketing.

Retention: enquiry records are kept so we can follow up, and are deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period when they are no longer needed. The period may be longer if the enquiry becomes a service contract.
