Floor work can be added at the vacant-home page rates (vinyl waxing from $0.5–$1.1 per sq.ft., min $850 for vinyl; wood waxing from $0.9–$1.4; crystal wax from $2.5–$3). These extras are not automatic.
Published supplies include towels, scourers, mop, vacuum, bucket, glass squeegee, and named cleaners. Hong Kong Island, the New Territories and non-MTR locations need a separate quotation. Finishing on time is not guaranteed because site conditions vary. Clear furniture and confirm water and power before the team arrives. Air-con cleaning (from $500 per window unit) and pest control (from $550 within 500 sq.ft.) are not included in $1550.
