Choosing a monthly office cleaning package starts with two facts: where your office is, and how many days a week it needs cleaning. For offices within 1,000 sq.ft., the published monthly prices are: 5 days per week, $2400 in the New Territories/Kowloon or $2600 on Hong Kong Island and in remote areas; 3 days per week, $1600 or $1800; and 1 day per week, $650 or $800. The exact scope and access conditions are confirmed in the quotation.

How many days a week? This mainly depends on foot traffic and washroom use. Busy offices with visitors and heavily used pantries and washrooms usually choose 5 days a week so that reception, washrooms and waste are handled every working day. Smaller teams, or companies with staff working on rotation, often find 3 days a week keeps the office in good order. Small offices, storage-led units or premises that are empty at weekends can choose 1 day a week for one thorough visit at the lowest cost. Tell us which days are busiest and how often waste needs clearing, and we will recommend a frequency.

Why Hong Kong Island is priced differently. The published prices have two tiers (New Territories/Kowloon; Hong Kong Island and remote areas): 5 days/week $2400/$2600, 3 days/week $1600/$1800, 1 day/week $650/$800. Give us the office address and we will apply the correct tier.

What the package covers. Our published scope includes, but is not limited to: cleaning and disinfecting desks, chairs and workstations; vacuuming and mopping floors; wiping glass surfaces and windows; deep cleaning and disinfecting washrooms; emptying bins and replacing liners. Staff work to an agreed schedule. Special requests such as carpet cleaning and furniture care can be added as required. Add-ons such as pest-control spraying, carpet cleaning and floor cleaning and waxing are not included in the monthly price; they are quoted as required and itemised separately, so there is no misunderstanding about a verbal “all-inclusive” price.

How the 1,000 sq.ft. basis works. The published prices apply to offices within 1,000 sq.ft. Please use the usable (saleable) area rather than the gross area, and send a floor plan if you have one. Larger offices, or premises with several washrooms, multiple floors or an open pantry, are quoted according to the site.

Is there an hourly rate? No hourly starting rate is published; office cleaning is offered as monthly packages. For a one-off clean after an office move, ask for a one-off quotation. Vacant-home cleaning (4 hours, 2 cleaners, from $1900) is a residential move-in service and is not the same as an office package.

What to prepare: the office address and district; the approximate usable area or a floor plan; how many days a week and which days; permitted cleaning hours (during or after office hours); the number of washrooms, whether there is an open pantry, and carpet or hard flooring; and whether building management requires a staff list or access passes. Before the first visit, please clear desk tops and tell us where water can be used and where the refuse room is.

Changing the arrangement. If your team grows, you move, or your office days change, for example from 3 to 5 days a week, tell us and we will re-quote on the new frequency and district. Our office cleaning is tailored, so please state any special requirements, such as rooms that must not be entered, before service starts so they are written into the quotation.

Comparing quotations fairly. Compare on the same basis: the same area, the same number of days a week, and the same treatment of washrooms, waste and add-ons. Do not mix the office package with air-conditioner cleaning (priced per unit, window type from $500), floor waxing (priced per square foot) or pest control (from $550 within 500 sq.ft.); these are separate services.
