Is special soiling priced per square foot?
- No published per-sq.ft. extra. Oil, metal debris, paint residues and similar are assessed on site, then written into the quotation.
Is it the same as estate on-site cleaning?
- No. Estate work focuses on common areas, greenery and hot-weather guidance; industrial work focuses on industrial environments, special soiling and equipment safety. Both are quote-only.
