Excellent Service Company publishes per-unit prices: window type 3/4–1.5 HP $500, 2–3 HP $600; wall-mounted split 3/4–1.5 HP $600; cassette/ceiling split 2–3 HP $800; central air-con 400–800 airflow $750. After completion there is a two-month warranty and one free inspection. More than one unit may qualify for other offers. Prices are quoted separately if the horsepower is above the list, the system is VRV, the building has no lift, or the location is remote.
How often depends on use. Offices that run all day and kitchen window units usually schedule cleaning before peak summer. The company does not invent a “every three months” rule. Match your unit to the photo samples on the service page before using the prices above. Filter changes by the occupant are not the same as a full unit clean.
